▪ Select the surface according to protein molecular weight size and protein hydrophobicity:
Highly-adsorptive ELISA plate: high adsorption of antibody-antigens of molecular weight over 50kDa
Moderately-adsorptive ELISA plate: nonspecific adsorption bottom, lower background
▪ Select different colors of ELISA plates according to the detection methods:
Transparent plates - colorimetric detection
white plates - luminescent detection
black plates - fluorescent detection
▪ Uniform in thickness and well diameter, and orthoscopic bottom
▪ Small within-run and between-run tolerances
▪ Mark every well with a unique letter and number to facilitate experiments
▪ ELISA plates with different surface performances can be customized according to customers’ requirements
